So, what is a postpartum doula anyway?
A postpartum doula is a trained professional that offers physical, emotional, and informational support to a primary parent and the rest of the family.
As your postpartum doula it’s my job to make your transition to parenthood easier. My role looks different for every family as I tailor my work to your specific needs. I offer the following areas of support:

☼ Instruction to the new parent and any other family members taking care of your newborn
